I had a fantastic stay at a fabulous 5-star hotel right by the picturesque cathedral. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the main station. The service was perfect, with the breakfast staff even wearing white gloves. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. My room was large and had a fine view of the cathedral spires. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel also had a top-floor steam and sauna, which added to the luxurious experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its class, service, and prime location.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right opposite the fabulous cathedral, allowing for stunning views. it is located in the center of Cologne, making it convenient to explore the city. The room we stayed in was lovely, with a comfortable and spacious bed. The bathroom was also large and equipped with luxurious bath products. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. We were also able to take advantage of the gym and spa facilities, which were excellent.

We had to pay for internet access during our stay, which was unnecessary in this day and age. However, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience we had at the hotel.

This hotel had an excellent location, with the main attractions just across the street. We had a spacious room with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and bilingual, ensuring smooth communication throughout our stay. The hotel also offered free and fast WiFi, which was a great convenience. Despite not dining at the hotel, we could tell that the food would have been great. The overall elegance and character of the hotel made our stay enjoyable.

The Excelsior Hotel Ernst Am Dom is an absolute gem in terms of its location, just near the train station, cathedral, and Christmas markets. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, and the room we stayed in, the suite, was beyond our expectations. The luxurious and clean rooms were a delight, and the chamber maids were attentive in ensuring we had clean towels and bathroom facilities. Furthermore, the breakfast served at the hotel is absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a special and luxurious experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a simply luxurious stay at this exquisite hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage and Turkish bath, truly impressed us. the service was impeccable - the staff attended to our every need. the room advantages were divine, from the comfortable bedding to the private facilities. the Restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering Special diet menus and superb cuisine.

Despite our overall positive experience, we did encounter one minor issue. the Bar/ Lounge area lacked atmosphere, and the Packed lunches left something to be desired.

The staff were pretty good too make our stay special, providing excellent service and helpful advice throughout our trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and key attractions in the city. Plus, the onsite restaurant was excellent, offering delicious dining options.

I honestly can't think of any negatives about our stay. Everything was wonderful and was really good.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who offered a refreshing welcome drink. the room was immaculately clean, and I felt extremely comfortable with the luxurious amenities provided. the spa and wellness centre exceeded my expectations with a range of facilities, including a Jacuzzi and massage services.

The Wi, Fi was not complimentary, which I believe should have been included, given the somewhat expensive room rates.

During my recent stay at Excelsior Hotel Ernst Am Dom, we were kinda surprised by the really good service we received. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and our room was ready, even though we arrived earlier than expected. We were also delighted to find that we had been upgraded to a spacious and luxurious room. The minibar in our room was stocked daily with complimentary beverages, a nice touch.

Although the air conditioning in the room could have been more effective, it was not a major issue. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow but still usable.
